The corporate brochure

In 2008, the family group Gattefossé, a French supplier of cosmetic ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients, created a corporate foundation.

This public benefit foundation derives its raison d’être from the pioneering work of one of the company’s directors, René-Maurice Gattefossé, one of the founding fathers of modern scientific aromatherapy. Today, the Gattefossé Foundation is the only French philantropic organization that helps promote the benefits of essential oils as a complementary approach for integrative, global and personalised medicine.
